Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Western Cape: 1–3 business days
  • Major South African cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Photographs of the parcel and damaged items (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue
